Whether you’re an absolute beginner or looking to refresh your skills, the Beginner Class will give you a firm grounding in the basics of machine knitting. Beginner Classes require no previous knowledge of knitwear or knitting machinery.
You’ll gain an understanding of how the machine works and what it can do, with plenty of time to practice and experiment.
You will learn the following techniques:
Increasing & Decreasing (Changing The Width Of The Knitted Fabric)
- Casting Off
You’ll create a range of samples to take away and learn from. Also, depending on your progress, you will be given the opportunity to knit yourself a scarf at the end lesson.
NB: The machines used for all classes will be Brother knitting machines. All equipment and yarns will be provided, along with technical notes with instructions to go with your class.
We ensure quality. If your class doesn't reach your expectations, we'll give your money back.
This is a Flexitime class, which means the teacher can run this class around your schedule.
