This Selling Skills course aims to provide an effective sales programme that delivers results. You will cover a range of aspects on this course beginning with communication skills, including using flexible and relevant communication styles to build rapport, as well as developing your active listing and effective questioning skills. Following this you will look at positioning and evidencing your values to ensure that you appear to be the best fit for the customer on an emotional and rational level, complimented by the 4 step process you are taught to lock your value in. You will then look at how to handle pushback and what appears to be objections, by making these opportunities to answer questions or clarify misunderstandings. Finally, you will examine consultative selling tools such as the Client Profiler tool, the Meeting Planner and the Story Builder which ensure that you understand the client properly and go into situations properly prepared and able to help. This course will involve a lot of practise over the two days so that you feel prepared and confident to use the new skills you have learnt. This course is perfect for anyone from sales teams within SME's to Enterprise sized organisations, as well as sales directors and C-level decision makers.
