This Customer Service Excellence course aims to give you the tools to manage any customer service situation with confidence and professionalism to ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction. You will begin by understanding what good customer service is and the positive impact it has on a business, as well as how to manager customer expectations and perfections. This will be followed by the development of a range of key skills vital to good customer service. These include how to repair a breakdown of communication, how to maintain a positive mental attitude, how to communicate clearly and powerfully, and keeping calm under pressure by developing strategies to cope with difficult situations. This course will involve role play to help you feel confidence to take the skills you have learnt and apply them to your role, which will help you to write your plan of action. This course is suitable for anyone new to a customer services role or in existing roles who are wanting to improve their customer service skills.
