This Customer Relationship Management course aims to give you the tools to create and maintain lasting, loyal customer relationships. You will begin by understanding the importance of CRM and the positive effect this has on businesses, through self reflection and understanding the effect you have on others. This will lead on to looking at managing relationships, including creating strong relationships, maximising account potential and client centered needs in a customer focused culture. You will then develop your broad communication skills, such as conveying information clearly, questioning and listening, as well as more specific communication skills such as the art of persuasion and effective team work. Finally you will learn how to manage difficult situations that may arise in a customer relationship, including managing complaints and handling conflict, which will lead on to ways of building customer relationships based on loyalty. At the end of the day you will progress your learning further by considering what your customers will want from you tomorrow.
