During this intense 1-day course you will learn how to sculpt a small object, incorporate sculptural textures and create a 2-part mold in order to recreate duplicates.
This workshop is perfect for anyone in animation, sculpture or ceramics as you learn the basics of duplicating your designs and casting them in different more complex materials such as silicones.
Mold-making is an essential skill and once learned, can make your future installation, ceramic or animation projects much quicker and professional.

Jennifer Kidd is a stop-motion animator and model maker that works in the film industry creating props and sets for animated and live action feature films.
On weekends she teaches stop-motion animation, model making and puppet building workshops where you can learn how to create animated films and professional puppets that can withstand hours of animation.
Bring an apron or change of clothes as well as a packed lunch.
All students under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
