FAQs
Are your classes suitable for children?
Yes, if they have adult supervision. If having a grown-up present is not possible, we also run Mini MasterPeace classes for those younger budding artists.
Are your classes Covid Secure?
Yes. All our classes are backed by our Covid-Secure Guarantee, meaning you can cancel or reschedule no quibbles due to a government lockdown or sickness. Please see our 'Covid Update' blog post in the footer of our website for up to date info on all things Covid including our measures to keep you as safe as possible in our studio.
What's included?
- All art materials needed for the class - A complimentary sweet treat and alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverage - Biodegradeable apron - 90 minutes with a professional artist - Frames available to purchase at the end of class
Will I finish my painting?
Lots of our guests finish their paintings in the first sitting with us, have them framed on site, and hang them up as soon as they get home. But... it really comes down to: - How complex your chosen image is - Any extra finesse you'd like to add, say, if it's intended as a gift for someone - How speedy you are! At MasterPeace we practice mindful painting, so we really don't want you to rush, let it take the time it wants to take. And to enable you to relax: we send you home with all the paints & brushes you use in your class to keep, so that you can add any final touches from home, free of charge, should you need. If you'd rather come back to us: you can return for another class, or sign up for a Freestyle session, that's 90 minutes of independent painting for just £10.
Can I leave my painting at MasterPeace?
Some guests choose to leave their paintings with us in between visits, which is our pleasure. We do advise to do so at your own risk... it is an operational art school and paint explosions are definitely a thing! We will keep your piece for a maximum of two weeks unless you get in touch with us. We wouldn't recommend this option if you're very attached to your creation... instead, we'd help you blow-dry your painting so you can take it home with you on the same day.

Do you have a hybrid event option?
We most certainly do. If your group / team can't all make it to our studio, we can merge a studio class with a virtual arty party. We will set up the Zoom at the studio so those who can't make it can dial in and be part of the event too.
Does it cost more to bring this event to my workplace or private venue?
If we come to London-based offices, there is no change to the price. Outside of London we charge for transport and the courier fee.

Really enjoyed the festive cards in watercolour. As someone new to watercolours, Amy did a brilliant job of explaining the basics, and showing step by step how to bring the festive designs to life. Left feeling excited for the prospect of painting our own holiday cards this year!
Sarah Burnett-Moore - 7 December 2021
As ever a lovely relaxing class with an excellent teacher. I came away with the skills I need to make my own greetings cards in future.
