This class is hands on and good for those who need an antidote to office based work. You will be taken through a step by step process to create your own beautiful artwork to take home.

Unlike classes in figurative drawing, this class requires no previous experience or skill! There will be no frustration about "Making it look like the picture" because in this class it does not have to resemble anything. It is pure indulgence in colour and shape.

Rosa's class was a great intro into abstract painting - a very hands-on and accessible class where you learn different techniques but also get to use your own creativity. Thanks Rosa!

I loved painting with Rosa! The class was well prepared - we began by talking about abstract art, then explored our ideas using collage and finally painted the canvases. Rosa is a great teacher - she is extremely knowledgeable and very encouraging. The class was fun and friendly. It was a relaxed atmosphere but I still felt like I learnt a lot about abstract art. And even though it was only one evening, we all came away with cool paintings to keep. I can't wait for my next class!

I was part of a small group Rosa taught and we all benefited immensely from our experience - one member choosing to go on to study fine arts at university. Rosa was perfect for our small, independent group as she was informative, relaxed and clearly on top of her game. I have also been fortunate enough to purchase several of her works.
