An amazing and fun workshop as they all are, in an ever digital world as a digital designer, it was great to get back to a grass roots appreciation of typography in a fun and inspiring way.

What a wonderful class! Sarah has a real passion for and depth of knowledge on typography. It was inspiring and educational, yet so much fun, so it was very easy to learn more about it. So much so that I want to delve into it further! I loved that it was so hands-on, rolling up your sleeves and getting back to the nitty gritty of design. I wouldn’t hesitate to take a class led by Sarah again.

This class was so much fun – it was brilliant stepping away from the computer and getting more hands on with type. It really helped me reconnect with my day job as a graphic designer, open up my creativity and think differently – Sarah really knows her stuff. Highly recommended. (The prosecco makes it much more fun too!)

Sarah's passionate knowledge of this fascinating subject is wonderfully infectious. I learnt so much, not only about the history of type, but also about the enormous (and surprising!) impact it has on our perception of the world around us. She's a talented educator and led us through fun a thought provoking process to help us create our own typeface too. I'd love to go back for more!
