What you will do
3.5 hour class
During this workshop, you will be guided through a series of paper folding to make your stars and you will then attach these to your wreath.
The tutor, Ada, is an experienced and skilled craft practitioner. who initially trained at the Kuopio Academy of Craft and Design, Finland.
Ada’s interest in paper originated from her broad craft education; a degree project incorporating handmade paper techniques and book sculpture established a longstanding interest in the versatile and tactile nature of the material. Ada’s curiosity about material and form has led to a multi-disciplined approach to technique and medium. Origami is one such discipline in which Ada has been working, and adapting techniques, for the last ten years.
Participating in this workshop you will benefit from Ada’s breadth of knowledge and skill and get a unique and practical insight into this fascinating craft.
This workshop is listed at half price as a special offer as we would like to get your feedback at the end of the session.
