Collage and Mixed Media Workshop

I had such a lovely day with Gabriella and others. Her studio is wonderful and Gabriella a very professional and helpful teacher. I learnt so many new techniques and of mediums I’ve never heard of. So many useful tips too. My mo Jo has s back thanks to Gabriella

I took Gabriella's Collage & Mixed Media workshop and cannot recommend it enough. Gabriella is a great teacher, with plenty of patience for those like myself who have no/very little experience working with paint etc. Very clear in instruction and on hand for help and encouragement. I came away with the desire and confidence to experiment more with my new found skills.

What a fantastic course on collage. Gabriela is just fantastic, so patient, encouraging and knowledgeable. Her wonderful studio is the perfect environment to boot. A wonderful day.

What a great class. Gabriela is such a pro, she can make students into instant artists even in a one day class. the quality of decoupage pieces ppl walked out with was truly inspiring. Can't wait to take this class again

Very happy with this workshop. Inspiring tuition and Gabriela has the skill of being able to read a composition very quickly, which helped when I got stuck a few times with my work. Very comfortable environment, and was welcomed. Produced 3 items of work in the day and have a 4th I’m currently working on now. Previously did an art diploma many years ago and haven’t done much art for some time so this experience was very important to me, and I now feel I can work on artworks again

I spent the most wonderful day at Gabriela's studio. I haven't done any art since school and Gabriela's gentle guidance and fabulous workshop space was just what I needed to unlock my creativity and feel like an artist for a day! Highly recommended.

Fantastic whole day collage workshop. The workshop space is fabulous and bright, well stocked and Gabriela was a fantastic host and teacher. We learned many different techniques and I look forward to doing some more classes here!

This was a lovely way to do something creative Gabriela has lots of experience and is a helpful teacher , you will find lots of inspiration in her studio too! The venue is completely Covid safe, I also observed other people attending her other courses and this was inspiring too so will be booking again soon!

I had a Collage and mixed media workshop with Gabriela on 25/04. Gabriela is a great instructor, I learned so much in just a day. I cannot recommend this course highly enough, I will definitely take another course with Gabriela in the future!

This was my 3rd workshop with Gabriela via Obby. I did many more decoupage classes led by her previously and the fact that I keep coming back for more really says it all! I work in advertising and all creativity happens on computer but it's not the same as creating something with your own hands. Gabriela's workshops are great fun and nourishing. She is a great teacher who takes time to help you and answer all your questions. You can follow hear lead and explore your own creative ideas. The workshops inspire me and help me to unlock my own creativity.

The whole experience was fantastic, and incredibly productive as I got a collage back home in only one day! Gabriela is so patient and helpful; she and her studio are inspirational. It was a great experience that I wOuld repeat.

Gabrielle is a great tutor. She is friendly, knows her crafts inside out, informative and very talented. I left her course with enough knowledge to continue practicing on my own to further develop my skills but would not hesitate to attend another of her workshops. I did the full day workshop with Gabriella Szulman recently (I had earlier done the half day decoupage workshop and enjoyed it so much I came back to do the full day workshop) Gabriela creates a relaxed and safe environment to learn and experiment, all the while supported by Gabriella both from a technical point of view (materials, tools, techniques) as well as an esthetical PoV (what looks good, how to improve things) and has lots of examples and materials available to be inspired by. Many thanks Gabriela!

Gabriella’s workshop was wonderful and I look forward to returning. All the materials needed and so much more. A small group of four only meant she was able to give us all attention and answer all our questions. The delicious lunch she prepared and small touches of tea biscuits and strawberries were so thoughtful and gracious just like Gabriella

I never considered myself naturally creative so I was very unsure about how I would go at this workshop. Right from the start, Gabriela created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and provided really clear and helpful guidance to get me started. Gabriela provided a fabulous range of materials, and had an excellent knack of drawing out my own ideas and inspiration and then advising on how I might best give effect to them, as well as making her own creative suggestions. Gabriela was on hand through out and provided a really high level of individual attention. She stayed completely calm - even when things didn't go quite as I planned - and was really reassuring and encouraging. I was absolutely delighted with my final piece - it far exceeded my expectations of what I might be capable of - and that is due in no small measure to Gabriela's expert input and tuition. It was one of the most absorbing, interesting and fun workshops I've done, and my piece now hangs proudly on my kitchen wall. I cannot recommend Gabriela's classes highly enough.

It was a great workshop! The first one for me.So nice to finally meet a lady who does decoupage in London! I was very pleased with the project we did.And it was a small group which I like.Full marks!😊

I have attended a number of courses for various different hobbies, but the Collage and Multi Media with Gabriela is one of the best and I will be returning to do it all over again. A lovely atmosphere and Gabriela is so helpful - I really enjoyed by day.

Really loved this workshop and Gabriela was an amazing host and teacher. She explained the process of making a collage thoroughly and allowed sufficient time to test different acrylics and techniques. And always willing to offer a helping hand or word of advice.
